Passing of Shirley Heymann z’l
We are saddened by the passing of Shirley Heymann, our longtime Oak Hills legacy congregant.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, October 19, at Sinai Chapels on Horace Harding Expressway, at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at New Montifiore Cemetery on Long Island.
Shiva will be observed at Shirley’s home, 73-20 185th St in Fresh Meadows, on Tuesday, from 7:00-9:15 PM, after which the family will return home to Texas. A shiva minyan will be held at the home at 8 PM. Services at the synagogue will also be held at 7:30 PM as usual.
