We are saddened by the passing of Judy Hersch, mother of our long-time member Vicky Wolkofsky. The funeral will be held on Sunday, November 16, at Sinai Chapel on Horace Harding Expressway at 12:45 p.m. Burial will be at New Montifiore Cemetery on Long Island.
Shiva will be observed at the home of Vicky and Michael Wolfoksky, 82-26 214th Street in Hollis Hills, from after the funeral until Shabbat morning, with visiting ending Friday afternoon before Shabbat. Ma’ariv services will be held at 7:30 pm on Sunday and Monday evenings, and at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The phone number is (718) 479-8759.
